Summary

ANSYS Korea is looking for a temporary legal staff who will assist Legal Counsel with contract review, administrative work, and any other legal work assigned. This is a 2-month-long full-time position ending inDecember 2019. An ideal candidate is a recent law school graduate who can start working as soon as possible. The hiring is on a rolling basis. Applying sooner than later is encouraged.




Responsibilities

Contract Review and Other Legal Work Support

- Review ANSYS & OPTIS license forms with pre-approved or legal approved language before affixing corporate seal

- Review customer's Non-Disclosure Agreements in Korean or English

- New policy/language translation from English to Korean

- Customer's vendor code/business transaction account paperwork

- Review official letters and other forms

- Support any other legal work assigned by Legal Counsel



Administrative Work

- Contracts scan/register/filing

- Postal or express courier shipping arrangement

- Affix corporate seals  

- Other admin work to support contract management and/or corporate work



Minimum Qualifications
• A university graduate majoring in law or a law school graduate; or currently in a graduating class
• A native Korean (reading/writing/speaking) or having comparable Korean proficiency
• Excellent written English; business level of spoken English
• Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, etc.) and general office equipment such as photocopy machines and scanners
